All our specialty syrups are homemade from scratch. We use fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients and juices; and love working with small batched, female, LGBTQ and POC- owned spirits and wines.

We service a wide range of events, from ten person dinner parties to two hundred person weddings. Birthdays, wedding parties, engagements, retirement celebrations, corporate events…we do it all!

Founded by two bartenders with almost twenty years experience between them, Sure Thing was built on the principles of mutual kindness, respect, and safety for both bartenders and clients. We work hard to make sure that our bartenders are treated well, and in return they bring a genuine joy to the parties they work.
